Prioritizing your Ideas with ICE
Your team has a limited resources to implement and test new Ideas so your team should prioritize Ideas that are focused on the current team Objectives.
ICE Scores are used to help your team prioritize and compare Idea Cards in your NorthStar product as they relate to your current team objectives. The scores are each measured on a 1-10 scale.
- Impact- the impact your experiment will have in relation to your team’s goals
- Confidence- the confidence you have that the experiment will work
- Ease-the estimate of the effort and resources needed for the experiment.
For all three, higher scores are better. NorthStar averages these three estimates together into a single ICE Score that your team can use to help prioritize Cards to test next.
